OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US DIRECTLY THROUGH THIS SITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY).
